Wellness & Family Classes
We offer a variety of Wellness and Family Livestream and/or Live Classes. Classes are added to our calendar monthly. Members of our online community get early access to special events and classes. Some classes include, but are not limited to:
Meditation Basics Workshop:
New to meditations? No problem! We offer a Meditation Basics Workshop to help you get started. This workshop teaches how to set up your mediation space, the basics of mindful breathing, body scanning and visualization techniques to promote grounding and alleviate stress.
For more advanced practitioners, we offer both private and group Guided meditations in a variety of durations; to fit into your daily routine.**
Take some time out of the daily grind or start/end the week with a positive mindset. Learn how to start your meditation practice and routine, clear your mind and de-stress using many guided meditation techniques.
Infant Massage Workshop:
Research has shown that touch through infant massage has many benefits for both parents/ caregivers and baby. It can increase the bond between the parent and baby, enhance emotional development and establish a sense of stability and trust in the infant; among many other benefits. Infant massage is a gratifying experience that your baby can enjoy and a beautiful and simple way for you, as a parent/ caregiver, to express your love for your baby.
This introductory workshop is for parents and caregivers of infants from one week through one year of age; though these techniques can be used through the toddler years and beyond as well. This workshop will cover: body mechanics, basic techniques, contraindications, and introduction to reflexology for babies. Infant Massage Workshops are offered in both private, group or classroom settings.
Kids & Family Meditation
Children learn though practice and example. This Family workshop offers an opportunity for the whole family to learn and practice simple meditation techniques. Each meditation workshop includes mindful breathing techniques, body scanning and visualization in a variety of ways.
Children’s Friendship Circle
The building block of stress and anxiety management is identifying and naming emotions and feelings. This is key to later being able to express and create healthy coping skills to handle big feelings and stress. This workshop is a small group setting allowing a safe space for children to learn about stress, feelings, healthy coping skills and management of stress. For ages 4+. We will read books and do a variety of activities to help children understand basic concepts about feelings, emotions, problem resolution and more.
